Catch of Day – Brick oven baked Salmon or Flounder with Scampi sauce and tomatoes
Chicken Francese – Egg battered breast of chicken with tomatoes, capers in a lemon-white wine sauce
Chicken Marsala – Sautéed breast of chicken with mushrooms in Marsala wine demi glaze
Roast Beef – Slow cooked Black angus beef served in au jus (horseradish on side)
Chicken Parmesan – Breaded chicken cutlet topped with Provolone and Marinara
Eggplant Rollatini – Eggplant rolls stuffed with ricotta, Mozzarella and fresh herbs topped with Tomato sauce
Meatballs – Ground beef mixed with spices, Parmesan cheese and simmered in our homemade Marinara sauce
